1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ace97 and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ace97 online casino and sportsbook platform at ace97.pro. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ace97. If you do not agree to these terms in full, you must not use the ace97 platform.

ace97 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ace97 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real name, a valid mobile number and a unique password.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ace97 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
• You must notify ace97 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ace97 may at any time require you to complete full KYC verification, including a government-issued identity document, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC when required may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• ace97 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account, your balance or any bonus entitlements to any other person.

ace97 uses SSL encryption on all account sessions. Passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. ace97 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ace97 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for players in Bangladesh. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform:

5Bonuses and Promotions

ace97 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the point of offer.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused free spins expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.

6Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. It is your responsibility to verify bet selections and stake amounts before confirmation.

9Account Suspension and Termination

ace97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct, provision of false registration information or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request, or a self-exclusion order raised by a third-party responsible gaming authority to which ace97 subscribes.
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request requiring ace97 to freeze or close the account.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ace97 platform — including the ace97 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials and software — is the exclusive property of ace97 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or create derivative works from any ace97 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace97 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or any other financial or non-financial loss, whether or not ace97 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ace97 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12Privacy and Data Protection

ace97 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the ace97 platform, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ace97 does not sell, rent or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. 13Amendments to These Terms

ace97 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Where a material change is made, ace97 will endeavour to notify registered players via their account contact details. Your continued use of the ace97 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
